We ship our Offbeat Belts from New Zealand to customers around the world. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. If you do have an urgent order please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (subject to change based on location and customs clearance):

  • New Zealand: 1–3 business days

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimated time frames. Delays can occur due to customs processing or unforeseen courier issues.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Rates are displayed clearly before payment. All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@offbeatbelts.com and we’ll assist with tracking it. While we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, we will always try to help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or reship items due to incorrect address details provided at the time of ordering.
