Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel great wearing your Offbeat Belt. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Change of mind 

  • Damaged or faulty product

  • Wrong size (see conditions below)

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • In original condition 

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Size-Related Returns

If your belt or clothing item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to accept a return for store credit provided:

  • For belts it can not be overly worn or altered (e.g. no added holes) For clothing it can not be worn

  • It’s returned in original condition

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

We recommend checking our size guide before ordering.
Sizing-related returns are eligible for store credit or exchange, not full refunds, unless we sent the wrong size.

Discretionary refunds may be granted for size related mishaps.

What We Don’t Accept

We do not accept returns for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color or texture

  • Belts that have been worn, stretched, or modified

Each belt is handcrafted from natural leather,  small differences in tone or texture are part of what makes it unique.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@offbeatbelts within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged

  3. We’ll reply with return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)

  • Use your refund or store credit to place a new order

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
